- Inadequate contrast ratio for text and links;
- Incorrect alternative text for some images;
- No use of semantic lists;
- Inappropriate link names across multiple subpages;
- Tables do not have headers on many subpages;
- Some electronic documents on the website are scanned PDFs that are not recognized by screen readers, and most PDF files lack proper document structure.
We are systematically correcting editorial errors and working to improve the accessibility of published electronic documents.
