Inaccessible content

1. Lack of alternative descriptions for some images.
2. Repeated link names on several subpages.
3. Animations and transparency are used in the basic version of the website, negatively affecting the contrast.
4. Drop down menu that presents the content in the Project Governance section may cause problems with the screen readers.
5. Most of the pdf files do not have the document structure assigned.
